Filter hidden steps from main tree view

Description

As of revision [446], the logic programming bridge marks steps registered during skipping as "hidden" in the logic programming state. These steps should be filtered from the main tree view and only shown in specialized views such as the blocked goals tree summary, see ticket #29.
