Source code view: open files as soon as they are used

Description
It would be nice if the source code view opened every file of the logic program as (or grammar) soon as code from that file is *registered*. Currently it does so only when a step with a source code location in that file is *displayed*. As a result, after auto-completing or leaping, not all files that have been used in the meantime may be open yet.
