Vertically align redo steps with their original steps, maybe connect them with a horizontal line

Description
This idea from Plans has been relatively high on my personal wishlist for a long time, so I thought I'd bestow it with the honor of a ticket.
This would make it easier to see what step is a redo of what original step, as is currently only clear from the labels.

This problem of the old tree visualisation is not relevant in the new list tree view, as the desired alignment is now provided by the concept of switching between primary alternatives.
